  • 3-4 Cashews
  • Milk
  • Sugar To Taste

Instructions

  • Take 3-4 cashews and soak them in a cup of milk. 
  • Let them soak for 4-5 hours. 
  • Now, take the soaked cashews and crush them. 
  • Now add pour them in a bowl of milk. Also, pour the cashew soaked milk cup in this bowl. 
  • You can also add some sugar for taste. 
  • Now, boil this for a little while. 
  • Your drink is ready and you can have it either hot or cold. 

Time

After you make this drink, make sure to have it at your bedtime. This will provide you with maximum benefits and you will surely get a good night's sleep and will be refreshed to rock the next day.

Several nuts including cashews are considered quite good for sleep. This is because it contains melatonin as well as essential minerals like magnesium and zinc that are important for several bodily functions.
