Besan Barfi

This delicious barfi recipe is super easy and ready in just 20 minutes. You just need a few ingredients to make this traditional sweet at home.

Ingredients Required - 

  • 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Besan Or Gram Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Sooji
  • 2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar 
  • Green Cardamom Powder
  • Dry Fruits (Optional)

Directions - 

  • Place a tawa on medium flame and add ghee to it. 
  • Next add semolina and besan. 
  • Keep stirring the two ingredients till they change colour and turn aromatic. 
  • Add cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well. 
  • Pour this mixture on a ghee greased tray. Using a spatula, spread the barfi mix evenly. 
  • Garnish with chopped almonds. 
  • Once set, cut into squares. Enjoy! 

Atta Pinni

Ingredients Required - 

  • 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour Or Atta
  • 3/4 Cup Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Khoya
  • Chopped Dry Fruits (Optional)

Directions - 

  • In a pan, add ghee and whole wheat flour. Cook on low heat till aromatic and golden. 
  • Add in khoya, powdered sugar, and mix well. 
  • Once a little cool, start making small balls from the mixture. 
  • Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Enjoy! 

Healthy Chocolate Laddus

If you are someone who can have chocolate in just any form then this recipe is a must try for you. These chocolaty laddus can be enjoyed guilt free because it is packed with a lot of good ingredients. Read its quick recipe. 

Ingredients Required - 

  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1-2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2-4 Tbsp Dessicated Coconut
  • 5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp Chopped Almonds

Directions - 

  • In a pan, add butter and condensed milk. Cook for a few minutes till the mixture starts to thicken. 
  • Next add almond flour and cocoa powder to the mix and stir again to make a smooth paste. 
  • Take a big dish and grease it with some butter. 
  • Transfer the flour mix to it. 
  • Make small balls from the mixture and roll into dessicated coconut. 
  • Top with chopped almonds. These delicious chocolate laddus can be stored in an air tight container for 3-4 days.
