The inflammation in the vagina can be infectious or non-infectious. Vaginitis causes an imbalance in the natural acidity of the vagina. Vaginitis can often be confused with UTIs, as both diseases have similar symptoms. Many women are also victims of recurring vaginitis, which causes immense discomfort in daily activities.
