    In one of her latest videos that is making rounds on the internet, everyone is swooning over her kickboxing skills. She took a high jump, rested her right foot on the floor, and before landing, she kicked a cushioned bat. The actor wore a loose grey palazzo and donned a white sports bra.

    During this exercise, Patani did a 360° twist and kicked in the air during a smooth landing on the cushioned floor. Film producer, model and mother of Tiger Shroff commented, “Woaaah.”

    In the above video, we can see just another day in the life of the Ek Villain Returns actor. She starts by holding weights around her shoulder and moves forward with lunges. 

    Another exercise included climbing a wooden step stool one leg at a time. The third exercise was to spread and contract the legs. It is particularly difficult to maintain a rhythm because muscles around the thighs start aching quickly. The fourth and fifth exercises were lifting weights.

    This video shows Patani pulling ropes while sitting on a bench. This exercise is good for the arms, shoulders and back. The actor sported a pair of yellow shorts and a printed bralette. She clutched half of her hair around the crown.

    Most of them would struggle to land a single clean kick, and Patani can do triple kicks. She took a high jump and landed three consecutive kicks on the sky-blue punching bag while she was in the air. 

    The actor was in a white tee and black shorts. Shroff wrote, “Clean af.”

    Apart from kicks and boxing moves, Disha Patani also lifts weights. While most of us struggle to keep breathing normally while climbing staircases to a few floors, the actor was spotted doing five reps of lifting 80kg of weights. 

    She wore all-black activewear with a black T-shirt and shorts. The actor ensures safety with kneecaps and a waist belt. Shroff called her “Wonder Woman.”

    She paired a casual white T-shirt with black shorts. The actor wore kneecaps for protection and tied her hair in a tight ponytail. Shroff commented, “Damn wish I could stay in the air that long.”

    In this video, we can see Patani doing different types of flips. She was wearing red activewear with white stripes on the trousers. To prevent muscle pull or hurting her knees, she wore a belt and kneecaps.

    The actor ran on a board and did a 360° flip with perfection. In the next part of the video, she did a back and a side flip. A user wrote, “Tiger ki job khaegi (She will snatch away Tiger Shroff’s job as he is known for doing stunts).”
