Diabetics are usually advised to eat fenugreek seeds to control their blood sugar. However, if you consume the seeds in excess, you might see the blood sugar levels dropping. Those consuming medications to lower potassium levels or having underlying heart diseases should avoid high doses of fenugreek seeds in their diet.
