Samantha is an avid fitness freak who follows a healthy routine. The actress doesn't stick to one workout routine. Samantha has introduced us to a new workout as she posted photos of her in-home workout. To maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay in shape, Samantha practices weightlifting, meditation, yoga, plant-based exercise, cardio, pilates, and follows a healthy diet. Apart from workout, the actress believes that diet plays a huge role in keeping oneself healthy and happy.  Very recently we got a glimpse of what she eats during breakfast time.

In a recent Instagram post, she shared a picture of her morning breakfast bowl with a green blended base that's topped with pistachio, chia seeds, and coconut shavings. Katrina’s breakfast bowl picture shows a healthy fruit bowl filled with strawberries, blackberries, avocadoes, and other fruits. The bowl not only looks great, but it also contains all the nutrients anybody needs to start the day off right. Katrina loves eggs and sweet potatoes. She also enjoys dishes like poached eggs, eggs benedict, baked sweet potato fries, and mashed sweet potatoes. At times, the actress can be seen eating some savoury pancakes topped with avocado slices. In addition, we can see bowls of fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Anushka Sharma shared a photograph of her breakfast-on-the-go consisting of oats overnight soaked in milk, fruit, and chia seeds. Another favourite one of hers is this heap of juicily sweet pancakes laced with cream, fruits, and purple flowers. Anushka does not miss out on any nutrients and makes sure that she includes a warm bowl of fresh and luscious kiwi, watermelon, tangerine, dates, banana slices, and dragon fruit for breakfast.

Rakul Preet Singh prefers to have banana smoothie for breakfast. She does not follow a strict diet routine. She recently shared her post-workout meal which happens to be a thick protein smoothie. To make this smoothie, pour some milk into the jar. Add one scoop of isolate whey protein powder and slices of banana. To make it more flavourful add elaichi powder and blend it well.
