This Kurkure burger is the perfect twist to the traditional burger as they are much crispier that comes with a soft crumbly bun. Burger patty ingredients:
- 1 cup of boiled mash potatoes
- 1 cup of soy granules
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp of black pepper powder
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard sauce
- 1 tablespoon of corn flour
Burger sauce ingredients:
- 2 cups of red sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- ⅓ cup of mayonnaise

Step 1: In a bowl, add soy granules, green chillies, boiled mashed potatoes, black pepper powder, soy sauce, Kashmiri red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, white vinegar, corn flour and mustard sauce. Stir it well.
Step 2: Make the patties and roll them in bread crumbs. Fry the patties in oil on a medium flame. Your burger patties are ready.
Step 3: For the burger sauce, add vinegar, mayonnaise and red tomato sauce together. Add any red sauce to the mix for a spicy flavour.
Step 4: Toast the buns on a frying pan. Apply the sauce mix on the base and place the patty on it. Add lettuce, onions, tomatoes and a slice of cheese. Put the other half of the bun on top.
Step 5: Next step is to prepare the slurry using water, corn flour, all-purpose flour and red chilli powder. Give it a nice mix. Dip the burgers in this slurry and cover them with crushed corn flakes and deep fry them in hot oil. Your Kurkure burgers are ready to serve!
