  • 50 ml Grey Goose Vodka
  • 90 ml Ginger Beer 
  • 10 ml Juice of Half a Lime 
  • Lime Wedge 
  • Slice of Ginger


  • Fill the mug with ice to chill it before mixing. 
  • Add the juice from half a lime, freshly squeezed. 
  • Add the Vodka, then mix in the ginger beer. 
  • Add a lime wedge and ginger slice as garnish.

Aperitivo Espresso

A delightful mid-day aperitif! Coffee and vodka meet tonic water and orange zest to give it the freshness necessary to brighten up any afternoon.


  • 1 part Grey Goose Vodka 
  • 1 part Unsweetened Coffee 
  • Tonic Water 
  • Orange Zest


  • Build this in a wine glass in this order: Vodka, coffee, tonic water, orange zest.

Passion Of France

Passion fruit and pineapple add tropical flair and a hint of exotic flavour when combined with Vodka, Monin syrup and lemon.


  • 50 ml Grey Goose Vodka 
  • 10 ml Vanilla Syrup 
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice 
  • Half Fresh Passion Fruit 
  • Pineapple Chunks


  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle fruit. 
  • Add all other ingredients, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with skewered fresh pineapple on top.

  • 2 tsp Demerara Brown Sugar
  • Dash Of Hot Water

  • Orange Zest
