150 g boiled potatoes
300 g raw Jackfruit
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 chopped onion
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 cup sev
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

Step 1: First, boil the jackfruit, shred it, and saute with a little oil, ginger-garlic paste, and other mentioned spices.
Step 2: Mix it with boiled potatoes and cornflour, then shape into small tikkis.
Step 3: Then carefully shallow-fry until both sides turn crisp and golden.
Step 4: Serve two hot tikkis on a stone platter topped with sev, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, and some onions for a delicious chaat finish.

3-4 dice chopped Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Jaggery
1 tablespoon Tamarind pulp
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 slit green chillies
1/2 cup Sev
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon Ghee
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Step 1: Begin the recipe by heating ghee and add cumin and ginger for a flavorful base.
Step 2: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and pulpy.
Step 3: Then add in tamarind pulp, jaggery, and spices, then simmer until thick and glossy.
Step 4: Serve the chaat with namak para pieces, sweet curd, and coriander leaves. Finish with a sprinkle of sev and extra coriander for a vibrant look.

300 g grated Potatoes
1 cup cubed fried potatoes
2 tablespoon chopped onions
1/2 cup Kala chana
2 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tablespoon Cornflour
1/2 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
2 tablespoon Curd
Green chutney as required
Tamarind chutney as required
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Step 1: First, mix the grated potatoes with cornflour, press the mixture into a small steel bowl, and deep-fry to create a crisp basket.
Step 2: Mix the filling ingredients, scoop into the crunchy tokri, and top with curd and chutneys.
Step 3: Now place the tokri on a platter, drizzle more chutneys around it, sprinkle masala, and finish with microgreens or edible flowers for a colourful touch.
