  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Orange
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1/4 Tsp Crushed Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice


  • Start by chopping all the fruits and putting them together in a large bowl.
  • Add pepper, chaat masala, salt, cumin powder and mint leaves.
  • Mix well but carefully as you don’t want to mash the fruits.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.

  • 16 Boiled baby Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • Salt


  • Cut the baby potatoes into 2 halves. Put them in a big bowl.
  • Add onions and tomatoes to the bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, chaat masala, coriander and salt. Mix well.
  • Your aloo chaat is now ready to be served.

Sprouts Chaat

  • 1 Cup Moong Sprouts
  • 1/4Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Tsp Black Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds


  • Take a big mixing bowl.
  • Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  • Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes.
  • Your sprout chaat is ready to be served.

Makhana Chaat

If you like to have munchies with you at all times, then this makhana chaat recipe is a great option for you. It takes just a few minutes to prepare this amazing recipe.


  • 50 Grams Phool Makhana
  • 2 Tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Cup Grated carrot
  • 1-2 Chopped Green Chillies


  • Heat some coconut oil in a pan.
  • Add salt and turmeric to the pan.
  • Add the makhanas to the same pan and roast it for about 5 minutes. Make sure to roast it on medium flame. Keep roasting the makhanas until they are crisp.
  • Switch off the flame and transfer the makhanas to a bowl.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Now, add salt and chaat masala to the bowl. You can also add lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Your makhana chaat is now ready to be served.

Rasgulla Chaat

Rasgulla chaat might sound weird to you but trust me, it is delicious. This unique recipe is my personal favourite from the list.


  • 5-6 Rasgullas
  • 1/2 Cup Boiled Potatoes (Cubed)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onions
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • Black Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Sev Puri
  • 2 Tbsp Pomegranate
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Chutney
  • 1 Tbsp Tamarind Paste


  • Squeeze out the sugar syrup from the rasgulla. Place the rasgullas in a separate place.
  • Now, add the potato mixture on top of the rasgulla.
  • Now, it's time to drizzle hung curd, mint chutney, tamarind paste, black salt, chaat masala and other spices.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, sev puri and pomegranate.
  • Now, your delicious and unique rasgulla chaat is ready to be served.
