1. Rinse the sabudana thoroughly and soak it in water overnight.
2. In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, green chilli, and curry leaves.
3. Add diced potatoes and cook well.
4. Add chopped green chilli and crushed peanuts, and saute for a few minutes.
5. Drain the soaked sabudana and add it to the pan and stir for some time.
6. Cook the mixture on low heat until the sabudana becomes translucent then turn off the heat.
7. Now add rock salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

1. In a pot, heat a tablespoon of oil, add grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
2. Add chopped bottle gourd and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in vegetable broth or water and bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and simmer until the bottle gourd is tender.
5. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
6. Now add some salt and black pepper according to taste.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

1 cup plain Yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

1. Wash and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, whisk together plain yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and salt to make the dressing.
3. Add the chopped fruits to the bowl and toss gently to coat them with the Yogurt dressing.
4. Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
