Jal Neti is a process to clear the sinus. You have to sit in squatting position or bend forward if you want to perform it standing. Pour saline water into the Neti pot, place the spout into one of your nostrils and let the water flow. Keep the chin upwards and mouth open to keep breathing. Adjust the head in the direction in which water starts flowing. You have to continue until the water is finished.
