When it comes to progesterone levels, it can lead to weight gain indirectly, as it can lead to bloating and water retention, further making you feel heavy. The stress (how to lead stress-free life) and endless work should not make you skip meals, eating at odd hours, etc. Make and follow a time table to take better care of yourself.
