She posted a picture with her nutritionist on her Instagram handle and shared how her weight loss journey wasn't easy. It takes a lot of dedication, self-control, and willpower to reach the goal. However, it wasn't impossible and she credited her nutritionist for the same. She shared how her nutritionist for determined to get her back in shape.

Further on her post, she wrote that her nutritionist Kinita Kadakia Patel coordinated with her trainer, curated a diet as per her likes and requirements and followed up in the morning and evening. She felt like she wasn't a client to her but a mission.

Shweta Tiwari's Weight Loss Diet

In an interview, Shweta Tiwari's nutritionist, Kinita Kadakia Patel shared that she worked with different food combinations while preparing a diet plan for her. She told that Shweta's diet included dals, brown rice, oats, low-fat dairy, seasonal and vitamin C-rich fruits, nuts, and lean meats. Last year, Shweta Tiwari shared how she was desperate to shed her postpartum weight after the birth of her son Reyansh. In an interview, she shared that she weighed 73 kgs after his birth and had to lose weight quickly in a short span because of her work commitments. Because of her busy work schedule, it wasn't easy for her to shed those kilos but nutritionist Kinita Kadakia Patel's entry into her life changed everything.

For the event, Shweta Tiwari carried a gorgeous black shimmery georgette single-shoulder gown with a thigh-high slit. We love how her hair was pulled back and kept all sleek. Makeup-wise, her eyes were kept smokey and the rest of the face was kept matte and minimal. Her only choice of accessory with the look was a pair of emerald drop earrings.
