Yes, we know Kareena is a fitness freak. She not just watches her food thanks to celeb nuritionist Rujuta Diwekar but also does yoga everyday. Her yoga instructor Rupal Sidhupuria this time has shared a proof of the hardwork the "Jab We Met" actress puts in on her Instagram video.

In many interviews as well, the actress revealed that she doesn't starve herself to remain in shape. She even revealed that she eats rice every day.

The video shows Kareena performing 50 Surya Namaskars. Shot in a fast-motion Boomerang video, the actress is seen performing Surya Namaskars back to back. Her Yoga trainer Sidhupuria is recording the video and also tracking the number of Surya Namaskars.

She wrote: "Kareena Kapoor Khan back in action! With 50 suryanamaskars by the end of the class! My power woman competes only with herself! No matter what her schedules or what her days and nights are like, she’s one always enthusiastic about a yoga class!"

A few days back, Kareena had shot a selfieinside the gym which went viral over the net. It also had Taimur watching his father Saif Ali Khan working out.
