Riya Desai said, “The key ingredients like Almond, flaxseed, and coconut are natural sources of healthy fats, and omega-3 fatty acids and also aid in managing weight loss. The use of Dates not only works as a natural sweetener but also provides essential nutrients like vitamins, and minerals. Cardamon adds flavour to the laddoos and also offers various health benefits like digestion and helps fight skin problems. Oats are a great source of fibre and provide the feeling of fullness. Laddoos made with these enriched summer ingredients can help keep your body healthy and ready to beat the heat.”
You will need ½ cup Almonds, ¼ cup Flaxseeds, 100 grams dry Coconut, ¼ tsp Cardamom, Oats and Dates to make this summer laddoo. Other than these ingredients you will need 225 grams of jaggery for sweet taste and 2 tbsp desi ghee to bind the laddoo.

Here are the steps you can follow to make this 6-ingredient laddoo:

Step 1: Blend cashews, almonds, flaxseed, oats and dates into a fine powder.
Step 2: Add desi ghee to the pan and roast the powder along with the dry coconuts (benefits of coconut water) for 5 minutes.
Step 3: In the same pan add ghee, and jaggery and stir well on a low flame.
Step 4: Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 5: Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Grease your palms with some ghee and shape small laddoos.
Step 6: Your summer laddoos are done.
You can enjoy this laddoo (crunchy murmura laddoo) every one or two for maximum benefits.
