How To Make Atta Ladoo:
1. In a pan, dry roast the whole wheat flour over medium heat until it turns light brown in colour and gives a nutty aroma. Keep stirring the flour continuously while roasting to avoid burning.
2. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the roasted flour to a mixing bowl.
3. Add sugar, and cardamom powder to the mixing bowl and mix everything well.
4. Heat the ghee in a separate pan until it melts completely.
5. Add the melted ghee to the mixing bowl and mix everything well using your hands. Make sure to mix it properly until it forms a crumbly texture.
6. Once the mixture cools down to a warm temperature, add the chopped nuts and mix well.
7. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ball using your palms. Do this again with the rest of the mixture.
8. Now let the ladoos cool down until they are set in shape. And they are ready to be served.
