Coconut laddoos are festive desserts that are traditionally made of jaggery and coconut powder. The texture of coconut laddoos are soft, moist and creamy. Coconut laddoos can be made at home easily and relished by your entire family. No Indian festive occasion can be complete without these laddoos. You can make these laddoos using condensed milk to make them even more yummy.
How To Make
- Take 2 cups of coconut, ¾ cups of sugar and 1 cup of milk.
- Put these three ingredients into the pan one by one.
- Mix the ingredients well and keep it aside for more than 15 minutes.
- Now turn on the flame and start cooking the mixture.
- Keep stirring the mixture so as to prevent burning.
- Cook the mixture well until the moisture evaporates.
- Add cardamom powder to the mixture in the end and mix it well.
- Let it cool down a bit and then proceed to make the laddoos.
- To make the laddoos, take small portions of the mixture and start making it in the shape of a round ball
- To make perfect round coconut laddoos, make sure the mixture is warm and moist when you have started to make the laddoos.
