Lie in Supta Baddha Konasana for 5 mins at bedtime. This asana is when you bring your heels to the floor, press through your feet to lift your pelvis. Next, position a block under your pelvis, lower your sacrum onto the block, and then drop your knees to the sides, pressing your soles back together.

Food

dry fruits snacks

Before you step out from your hotel, order khichdi/ dal chawal/ pasta/ risotto for dinner and tell them what time they should send it to your room. If you wait to come back and order, you are calling for a pizza.

Wherever possible request for food from staff kitchen and not the restaurant, it’s more like ghar ka khana.

Carry peanuts, cashews, pistas, etc. Chew on them in between meetings and conferences and stay away from the pastries, cookies and biscuits. These nuts are not just filling but super nutritious as well. Buy Tong Garden Party Snack Can Combo, 720 Gm - ( 180 Gm X 4 ) for Rs 700, here.
