Sidharth Shukla 'Fixed Winner' Or Not? Colors Channel Employee Shares Control Room Video, Says It Was Scripted

While we were utterly enjoying Bigg Boss this season, we were also eagerly waiting for the big announcement. It was so interesting to witness the journey of celebrity contestants inside the Bigg Boss house for almost 5 months. It was finally the big day on 15th February when Sidharth Shukla was announced the winner of Bigg Boss season 13.

During his stint on the show, Sidharth Shukla was accused for being aggressive with his housemates and also for not respecting women on the show. On various occasions, the makers and host Salman Khan were slammed for being biased towards Sidharth Shukla. Now that Sidharth and Asim were in fray to bag the trophy on the grand finale, Sidharth Shukla took it home. The big announcement left Twitter divided into two groups. While one group of netizens called him #PublicKaWinner, others called him #FixedWinner.

In between this Twitter battle, an employee of the channel took all our attention with her Tweet where she announced her exit from the channel. Feriha, who was working with the Colors Creative team, tweeted, "I have decided to quit my job at @ColorsTV. I had a tremendous time working with the creative department but I can't demean myself being part of a fixed show. The channel is keen on making Siddharth Shukla the Winner despite less votes. Sorry, I can't be part of it. #BiggBoss."

Feriha also shared a video of the control room before the winner announcement on the stage. She wrote, "Video from the control room right before winner announcement. Both Asim & Sidharth got equal votes in live voting but Sid was announced as the Winner. Do u need any more proof that Ss was already decided as Winner."

She also shared something shocking about Sidharth's exit from the show while he was suffering from typhoid. She wrote, "When Sidharth went out of the house on "medical grounds" he had various meetings with Programming heads & his PR. He was given a cellphone, and was given assurance that channel will do its best to build his positive image ..And you call it a reality show? @ColorsTV #BiggBoss."

Soon, Priyanka Chopra's cousin Meera Chopra too took to her Twitter and applauded her for taking a stand. She wrote, "We knew this since long from a very inside source.. but proud of u fr taking this stand. Its unfair on others who r inside since so long."

Self-proclaimed Critic, KRK also slammed the Manisha Sharma, who is the Chief Content Officer of the channel and praised Feriha for standing for the truth. He wrote, "Salute to you @ferysays for standing with truth. #AaaThoo on #ManishaSharma! She should be ashamed to cheat millions of viewers!."

Recently, ex-Bigg Boss contestant, Shilpa Shinde in an interview revealed that she was in a relationship with Sidharth Shukla. She said, "Yes we had an affair and Sidharth Shukla was a very abusive and aggressive man in the relationship. He was possessive and used to hit me a lot." Talking about Sidharth gets a lot of support from the public, she said, "I really don't want this to happen. A person like Sidharth cannot win this show. It will be a disaster. He doesn't deserve it and is not worth the title."

After coming out of the Bigg Boss house and of course, after his big win, Sidharth Shukla was asked about him being called a 'fixed winner' of the show in an interview. He said, “What do you say on such things. I won the title after a gruelling journey and when someone questions that, it’s really sad. I feel sorry for people who have such thoughts. If you have followed the season, you would know that it hasn’t been an easy time for me. It’s not that it doesn’t matter, but you cannot keep answering every question thrown at you.”

While the show was on, a lot of viewers slammed the channel for showing Sidharth Shukla in a positive light despite his aggression and arrogance inside the Bigg Boss house. There were a lot of reports that claimed Sidharth Shukla's personal connection with Manisha Sharma. A lot of reports also suggested that Sidharth is dating Manisha Sharma and his relationship is helping him save his public image.

While Sidharth Shukla was slammed for his agressive side inside the Bigg Boss house throughout the season, we also can't deny the fact that he entertained us a lot too. Along with his anger, we also got to see his competitive and emotional side. Also, not forget that he was who was the most talked about contestants all through these 4 months. Be it his fights with Asim Riaz, nok-jhok with Rashami Desai or his cute bond with Shehnaz Gill, viewers enjoyed it all!
