Kale is one of the popular diet-friendly vegetables that you can use to make chips. You will need fresh kale, olive oil, and flaked sea salt to make Kale chips. Thoroughly dry the Kale leaves and bake them in the oven using very little olive oil. However, make sure to dry the kale leaves properly to ensure crispiness.
Sweet Potato Chips

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and thoroughly dry them on a paper towel. You can fry them in olive oil until it turns crispy. Add salt and pepper on top and your healthy garlic chips are ready to be served.
