Thoroughly dry the Kale leaves and bake them in the oven using very little olive oil. However, make sure to dry the kale leaves properly to ensure crispiness.

While Potato chips are considered unhealthy, you can switch the same with sweet potatoes. Cut sweet potato (potato peel chips recipe) into slices and bake it in the oven to ensure that it is healthy to munch on.

Broccoli is another vegetable that you can use to make chips. All you need to do is cut the broccoli into tiny pieces and bake it in the oven using a little olive oil. You can serve the broccoli chips with hummus.
Beetroot is great and one of the healthiest things to add to your diet. You can make Beetroot chips by cutting thin slices of beetroot and baking the same in the oven. These healthy beetroot chips are perfect to satiate late-night cravings.

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and thoroughly dry them on a paper towel. You can fry them in olive oil until it turns crispy. Add salt and pepper on top and your healthy garlic chips are ready to be served. You can use garlic chips as toppings on many dishes, from fried rice, stir-fries, noodle dishes, salads, or even fried eggs.

Cut the Zucchini into thin slices and then bake it in olive oil. You can top it with spices and parmesan cheese for a tasty treat. You can add salt on top to remove the water content from the zucchini.
