Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Sweet Corns
  • 1 Tsp Corn Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Beans
  • 1/4 Cup Green Peas
  • 2 Sprigs Spring Onions
  • 2/3 Cups Water
  • 1 Tsp Butter Or Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Minced Ginger

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, add some oil and saute ginger and garlic.
Step 2
Next add spring onions, carrots, beans, peans and sweet corn to the pan and saute.
Step 3
Add water to the pan and boil till all the vegetables cook properly.
Step 4
In a small bowl, add 1 tsp cornflour and mix with 3 tbsp of water to make a paste.
Step 5
Add this paste to the pan and stir.
Step 6
Now add salt and sugar. Keep mixing.
Step 7
Sprinkle black pepper as per taste.
