1. Potato Balls
Ingredients For Potato Balls
5 medium potatoes, peeled,boiled, and mashed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 red chilli powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt as per taste
Oil - for frying
How To Make Potato Balls
1. First, mash the potatoes until smooth.
2. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, and red chilli powder.
3. Now carefully form the mixture into small balls and dip the balls in the beaten egg, then coat them in the bread crumbs.
4. Heat oil over medium heat in a frying pan.
5. Fry the potato balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain them on tissues to absorb excess oil and serve hot with tomato sauce and coriander chutney.
2. Dahi Ke Kebab
Ingredients For Dahi Kebab
2 cups Yoghurt (hung curd)
3 tbsp gram flour (besan)
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
3-4 finely chopped green chilies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt as per taste
Oil - for frying
How To Make Dahi Kebab
1. Hang the yoghurt in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours or overnight to drain excess water.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the hung curd, gram flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste.
3. Mix all the ingredients well to form a smooth dough. Make sure the dough should not be too dry or sticky.
4. Now divide the dough into equal parts and shape them into small kebabs or patties.
5. Heat oil in a medium-sized pan and fry the kebabs on medium heat till they turn golden brown and crispy from both sides.
6. Once the kebabs are cooked, transfer them to a dish and keep them on some tissues to absorb excess oil.
7. Serve the dahi kebabs hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.

3. Deviled Eggs
Ingredients For Deviled Eggs
6 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
salt as taste
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika, for garnish

How To Make Deviled Eggs
1. Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, or until they are hard-cooked.
2. Once down, immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once they are cool, peel them and slice them in half lengthwise.
3. Remove the yolks from the whites and place them in a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork until they are smooth.
4. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to it and mix well.
5. With a spoon, put the mix filling into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika and serve.
