Apple Jalebi

We all have heard about the popular and traditional North Indian dish jalebi but have you heard about apple jalebi? We have been eating jalebi for years and every time, it feels like heaven but it’s time to move on as apple jalebi will surely take over your hearts. 

Giving a modern and fruity twist to our favourite jalebi was an interesting idea. Prepared by covering apple slices in all-purpose flour and dipping the fried apples in sugar syrup, this jalebi is heaven on a plate, especially if served with vanilla ice cream.

Mango Ghewar

Raksha Bandhan is celebrated  during the monsoon season which means it is the time for Sawan which is an auspicious month during this season and this is when the popular Indian dessert ghewar is available. This delicious sweet is loved by everyone and we eagerly wait for Sawan to indulge in it.
