Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3/4 cup refined flour or maida
  • 3/4 whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups radish
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp green chillies
  • Ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, add spinach, some water and blend to make a smooth paste.
Step 2
Transfer the spinach paste in a bowl and add maida, wheat flour, ghee and salt to taste. Knead a semi soft dough with water and keep covered for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Grate radish and keep in a bowl. Add coriander leaves and green chillies to the mix.
Step 4
Take the spinach dough and place radish filling in between.
Step 5
Roll into parathas using whole wheat flour.
Step 6
On a non stick pan, place the paratha and cook from both sides till it turns red and golden.
