We all love hot and crispy samosas. How about preparing them fresh in your kitchen? The best part about preparing samosas at home is that you can stuff it with a filling of your choice. If you are bored having those regular aloo samosas then you will love this one. With a twist of corn and paneer, your samosas will turn tastier.

Treat your family with delicious mini samosas. Perfect for evening snacks!
In a pan, add oil and besan. Roast and take off flame.
In a bowl, add paneer, sweet corn, roasted besan or gram flour, black pepper, salt, garam masala, green chilli. Combine all ingredients.
Take maida, salt and corn flour and start kneading the samosa dough. Take some oil if required. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Take out a portion from the dough and start rolling into a mini size chapati.
Fold the chapati from two sides to make a cone.
Fill the samosa with corn and paneer filling.
Seal with water or all purpose flour mix.
Heat oil in a pan and fry mini samosas. Cook till they turn golden and crisp.
Serve hot with chuteny.
