- 1 Packet Lay's
- 1 Packet Kurkure
- Finely chopped Onion
- Finely chopped Tomato
- Chaat Masala
- Lemon Juice
- Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
Step 1- In a bowl, take the Kurkure and chips, and mix.
Step 2- Now add chopped onions and tomatoes to the bowl and mix everything together.
Step 3- Next, add the chaat masala to the bowl.
Step 4- After that, squeeze in some lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
Step 5- Mix everything together using two spoons. Serve!
You can now eat your delicious and innovative chaat.

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- salt To taste
- 1/4 cup sev
- lemon juice
- coriander leaves (gor garnishing)
Step 1- In a mixing bowl, empty the packets of lays and kurkure.
Step 2- Now to the bowl, add finely chopped capsicum, onion and tomatoes.
Step 3- Next add chaat masala, tomato ketchup and salt to the mixture.
Step 4- Mix everything well.
Step 5- Next add to the mixture lemon juice and coriander.
Step 6- After that, add sev at the top of the chaat.
Step 7- Your delicious treat is ready to be served.
Note: In both the recipes, in place of kurkure and lays, you can also use other chips like bingo, tedhe medhe, etc.
