Psychological struggles can make it hard to sleep, and can bring about changes in mood, and shifts in hormones and physiology can lead to both psychiatric issues and sleeplessness at the same time.It is now becoming a growing concern in teens and young adults across India.

Insomnia varies from person to person. Different people need different amounts of sleep and insomnia is better defined by the quality of sleep, how one feels after sleepingand not looking at the number of hours or how quickly you tend to fall asleep.
