Avoid Caffeine to avoid much period pain. If you consume caffeine everyday then you must take a break for a few days during periods as caffeine causes acidity. Caffeine is present in tea, soda, chocolate, etc. Instead of them, you may consume smoothies that are rich in antioxidants like berries and greens.
