Here are three effective yoga asanas that can help you reduce a double chin:

Bhujangasana Or Cobra-Pose

Bhujangasana or cobra-pose stretches the front of the neck and reduces the fat under the chin.

Step 1: Lie on your stomach with your legs straight, feet together, and heels touching each

other and toes pointing outwards.

Step 2: Place your arms near your chest and fold them at the elbows.

Step 3: Rest the forehead on the mat.

Step 4: Slowly raise your upper body as you inhale and straighten your elbows.

Step 5: Maintain this pose and feel the stretch to your abdomen.

Step 6: Exhale slowly and carefully lower the body to return to the starting position.

Cobra Pose

Ustrasana or Camel Pose

Ustrasana, or the Camel Pose, is another effective asana (yoga poses for period comfort) for toning the neck and jawline.

Step 1: Kneel on a mat with the toes curled in.

Step 2: Slowly lean backwards and try to touch your heels with your fingers.

Step 3: Hold your heels and keep your gaze fixed at a point.

Step 4: Allow the neck to gently fall backwards.

Step 5: Exhale gently draw back the upper torso and then straighten the neck.

Camel Pose

Dhanurvakrasana Or Bow Pose

Dhanurvakrasana or bow pose works on the spine and stretches the neck as well.

Step 1: Lie on your stomach with your forehead resting on the mat and feet together.

Step 2: Slowly bend the legs at the knees. Grasp your ankles with your hands, keeping

the knees as close as possible.

Step 3: Raise your upper body and form a bow shape.

Step 4: Exhale and release.

Step 5: In addition, you can also try the following neck-rolls.

Step 6: First turn the head to the right. Jut out the chin and look to the right.

Step 7: Straighten the head continuing to face right and repeat the practice jutting in and

out ten times.

Step 8: Repeat on the left side.
