    Kriti Sanon is among the most gorgeous divas of Bollywood, ever since she has made her debut with Heropanti opposite Tiger Shroff, the actress has always been in the limelight for her brilliant acting skills and figure to die for. The Luka Chuppi actress is quite active on her Instagram handle, and often shares pictures of her workout with her fans. In one such post, during the lockdown, the diva shared a post wherein she could be seen acing the superman pose.

    While sharing the picture, Kriti even made her fans laugh out loud with her hilarious caption, “Measuring the length of my room,” she wrote.

    How To Do Superman Pose

    Superman pose is a great exercise that targets multiple muscles at the same time including your shoulders, lower back muscles, abs, and hamstrings.

    Step 1

    Lie down on a mat with your face and belly facing the ground, keep your legs straight and your arms extended in front of you.

    Step 2

    Keep your head and neck muscles neutral, and then slowly lift your legs and arms slightly above the ground, without jerking the body.

    Step 3

    The goal is to take your belly button slightly above the ground while engaging your core and abs muscles.

    Step 4

    Breathe normally and stay in the position for 5 seconds.

    Step 5

    Slowly lower your arms, then legs, and relax your lower back muscles. Repeat the exercise for 2 sets and 8 reps and gradually increase it with time.

    Caution: People with any kind of back injury should avoid performing this exercise or speak with their doctors first before attempting it.

    Also, Make sure that you are not forcing the body and lift it only to an extent where you feel comfortable. If you’re a beginner then start with only lifting your arms and belly butt first. Once your body gets accustomed to the workout, then you can gradually increase the challenge by lifting your legs along with your arms.
