Birthday girl Disha Patani, who made her debut into the film world with "M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story" has left no stone unturned when it comes to her workouts. As per reports and interviews given by Disha to different media houses, while people go to the gym in the morning, Disha works on her body twice a day. She does cardio exercises in the morning and in the evenings she lifts weights. Her fitness regime does not include much of the treadmill. Instead, she loves gymnastics and kickboxing in the morning.

Disha is a youth sensation for sure but her diet plan makes her cooler! She takes nothing for granted. Her strict routine involves foods that are rich in vitamins and proteins. Her breakfast includes toast, milk and juice and two to three eggs. She does switch the eggs with cereals at times. For lunch, she consumes fresh fruits and juices and for dinner, she takes vegetable salads, brown rice and dal. At times, she mixes her carbs and proteins so rice and chicken work best for her.
Her mid-day snacks include almonds and peanuts. As her last meal of the day, she eats a bowl of eggs. Also, she drinks a lot of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. No, she does not have just soups and salads. She does have some fun food.
In one of her interviews with a media house, she revealed that she loves the food that Delhi has to offer. She has lived in Delhi for six months while she was doing her B. tech in Noida. However, it was in the second year, that she decided to drop out. She also revealed that she does have a cheat day. Once every week she binges on whatever she has been craving for.
Back to her workout regimes, Disha Patani's fitness routine includes pilates, swimming, dancing, weight training, and yoga. While working in "Kung Fu Yoga" alongside Chinese superstar Jackie Chan, she learnt 'Square dancing' and she loved it. It apparently calms her down.
Did you know that Disha is also a trained gymnast? And, she does gyming 4 days a week. Those sessions she does not miss and loves to keep her body active the entire day. She does cardio but also focuses a lot on weight training. In addition, she also practices yoga for an hour in the morning.
So many of us are fans of her abs and why not! They are perfect! In an interview, she said that maintaining abs is one of the most difficult things as one day you could have abs and the next day, they are gone. To remain shape, actor Tiger Shroff's love interest, Disha does abs-specific workouts. She also believes in indulging in a combination of rigorous workout and yes, a healthy diet.
