Take vegetables during the lunch and keep it lighter at night such as fruits, salad and soup,” stressed Nushrat. Is drinking warm water in the morning sufficient? “Drinking warm water will not save you. Mixing cumin seeds, honey or salt in water will make your digestive system stronger and nothing else. She is careful about what she eats. “I am not a foodie. This one habit helps me follow a regular diet plan. I do not consume carbs and focus more on fruits,” she confirmed.
