Yes, being overweight can have a negative effect on your overall health and one must work on that. Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha has revealed her diet plan and explained how she gathered the strength to say no to delicious pizza. Are you going through the same dilemma? This 31-year-old actor, who rose to fame with 2010 movie ‘Dabangg’, has finally learnt the trick to strike a fine balance between workout and diet. Looks like, she is right. In most of the cases, people workout without realising the importance of diet plan. Are you able to maintain that balance?

This celebrity daughter, who is a total foodie, loves to eat pizza and white sauce pasta. She says, ‘I have said no to white sugar, cheese, milk, rice and white bread.’ Few months ago, Sonakshi Sinha changed her diet plan and the results are quite evident to all of us. She further explained, ‘I never realised the importance of diet while working out but it is something you cannot neglect.’

What is she eating as per the new diet plan? Avocado, honey, veggies and fresh juices are the key elements to give her proven results. ‘I have started eating salad with avocado slices and honey,’ quoted Sonakshi Sinha. She picks up fresh fruits in the morning, pulses and vegetables for lunch and ends her dinner with salads and fruits. 

Is she going for size zero? This is what she replied: ‘I am not looking for a size zero figure but also do not want to look unhealthy.’ She further added, ‘While working out you should have the right amount of stamina and it will only come through a healthy diet.’

Sonakshi Sinha is truly an inspiration for all of us. Sonakshi was overweight before she made her debut in Bollywood. Though she lost a few kilos for her debut, she was still marked in the curvy category. Today, she has transformed herself and completed this journey from being fat to fit.

On being asked about her fitness secret, she shared, "There is no secret. There is only hard work and a lot of willpower that I have been putting in. That's all! You only need to be dedicated and should work hard to see the results."
