In the months between November and April, the beaches of Goa have a very beautiful site. This is beyond the sunsets and the water, this is the site of life. Once a year, between these periods, the beaches of Goa are filled with Olive Ridley Turtles. They move towards the shore as this is the peak time when they lay their eggs, around 100 each. They stay with their eggs for 40-50 days, let them hatch and then get back to the water with their hatchlings! Not an experience you would want to miss, we suggest you take some time off your parties and check these cute momma turtles out!
While Goa is the party capital of India, we suggest you attend a silent disco instead of the usual one. Here, each person at the party is provided with a pair of headphones with a volume control option. There are around 4-5 places in Goa that organise silent discos, all of which offer an extremely fun-filled experience! You can check out Silent Noise, Leopard Valley, The Laughing Buddha, Alpha Bar or Nishachar.

If you visit Goa, you will obviously visit the Dhoodhsagar Falls. We suggest that after visiting the falls you take a detour to this scenic beauty. While it may appear to be a normal river(read more about rivers of India), this water canyon, also known as Devaracho Kond in Konkani has a backstory to it. It was believed that a devil would reside in this water who had control of every living organism here. One day a fisherman came there and asked the devil if he could lend him some fish as he was expecting guests. Turns out the fisherman ate the fish himself and had been lying. That is when the devil cursed this entire place. There have been some deaths here as well and the place sure does emit spooky vibes!
