Are you tired of scrubbing off the omelette from the surface of the pan? Is your spatula ruining the base of your pan? Isn’t it exhausting to see food elements sticking and burning at the surface of a frying pan?
I used to struggle with this a lot. Whenever I tried the recipe for an omelette or chilla, I used to struggle to achieve a perfect flip. I had a hard time roasting vegetables and cleaning the utensil afterwards.
When you are cooking, you need cookware that facilitate you to cook recipes to perfection. While I was searching for a non-stick pan, I came across Zyliss's non-stick pan by thinKitchen. Is it really a non-stick pan? Is it good for shallow-frying potatoes and snacks? Read my detailed review!

The non-stick frying pan measures 36.8cm x 20.9cm x 6cm. The pan is big enough to cook roasted vegetables for four people. You can seamlessly cook an omelette, pasta, chilla, pancake and other delicacies.
The original price of the frying pan is ₹5,399. It is a bit expensive but worth an addition to your cookware collection. At times, you can avail of a discount on the website of thinKitchen and purchase the product at a lesser price.
The product comes in a cardboard box with foam sheets inside to prevent it from the impact of collisions during delivery.
The surface of the pan is not smooth. It is coarse because of the design. However, it does not create any issues while cooking.

Since the website mentioned that you could cook in this without oil or with minimum oil. I tried to cook potato (potato snack recipe) bites and pizza pockets. I was amazed to see that neither of the frozen snacks burnt.
I was sceptical about investing in this non-stick pan because the price is high. But after using it, I was satisfied. Now I use it for cooking an omelette, salty vermicelli, poha, jeera aloo sabji and other such dishes.
Since I do not have a dishwasher at home, I washed with liquid dishwashing soap and sponge cleaner. It does not need to require too much effort while cleaning (clean copper utensils). You can simply rub the soaked sponge on the surface, and the pan will be good to go.

There is no hard and fast rule for using the pan. You can use it like other cookware in your kitchen. You can cook everything in it, ranging from Indian and Italian to Chinese and Continental.
However, you must be cautious while using a spatula to flip a chilla or omelette. It is crucial to use wooden or silicone spatulas to prevent the base of the pan from scratching. A steel spatula would ruin the pan.
I also tried it on an induction. I only cooked an omelette, but had no issues with its stability and working. It is also convenient to store on shelves.
