Have A Good Sleep
Establish a bedtime that allows you to get at least seven hours of sleep. Every day, including weekends and vacations, go to bed and wake up at the same hour. Staying up a few extra hours for a party or to accomplish a deadline is okay if you keep your normal waking hour the next day and make up for the missed sleep with early afternoon naps and/or earlier bedtimes for the next few evenings.

Additionally, we are afraid of appearing arrogant or selfish in the eyes of those we love. We are taught to avoid the big no-no, with the exception of physical boundaries, where we are taught to say no. However, mastering the art of saying no can completely transform your life.
