On your 18th birthday, people around you will keep giving you a sour reminder of how your life is going to change. They will tell you that the golden years of your life are over now. Please don’t listen to relatives who keep talking about your special day so negatively. Turning 18 is not that black and white. The best way to sum this confusing age is, “Now you’re old enough to know better, but young enough not to care”. There is too much to figure out at this age. From leaving your comfort zone of school to embarking on your journey as a college student. Here is everything I wish someone had told me at 18!
