    Wedding days are a lot of running around. Brides and bridesmaids are usually out for shopping most days and end up being exhausted by the end of the day.

    When the wedding day is closer, the hustle becomes more. There are some things we end up not taking care of. Here is a list of things you need to keep in mind while the hustle must go on!

    Hydration 

    Keep a bottle of water on the go. With the constant moving around, we forget the importance of consuming water. Water is something that our body requires the most to function. Our body consists of 70% of water. We need to keep that balance while we need to keep the element of fun too. 

    If we don’t hydrate, the dehydration drains our body and we end up not functioning well the next day. We feel nauseous. It may also end up swelling our feet.

    Hot Bath 

    A hot bubble bath will be the best thing you do. After a stressful, overworked and exhausting day, you wish for a relaxing bath, and honestly you well deserve one. So prepare yourself one and take advantage of the relaxation. 

    Hot baths give you a relaxing feel and help with the bodily pain if you may have any. Add some bath bombs or bubbles if you like, some candles or scents. You can always have a glass of wine or champagne too.

    Keep Your Feet Elevated 

    Whenever you get a chance, keep your feet at a height so that your feet don’t end up swelling. The acid level in our body tends to explode due to excess walking and might end up swelling up to elephant feet. The more you keep them elevated, the lesser the chances are of them swelling up.

    If the swelling happens, you can dip them in hot water with some salt to give your feet some relief from the pain. The swelling may result in not allowing you to wear the footwear you desire to.

    Whenever you get time, try taking a nap. Sleep is essential for the body. The body needs 8 hours of sleep in a day. With the hustle, most of us forget to sleep so as not to miss out on the fun of the events. But you need to be selfish and take a nap.
