- Stir 5 tbsp of water into khus syrup.
- Combine 5 tablespoons of water with rose syrup as well.
- Pour the khus water into a Pilsner glass, then gradually add the broken ice and, lastly, the rose syrup water.
- Do not move or disturb the glass. Give it a minute to settle.
- Add a pineapple slice as a garnish, then it is ready to serve.
3. Tiranga Lassi Recipe

2 tbsp Kesar syrup ( orange colour)
2 tbsp Khus syrup (green colour)
3 cups curd (white colour)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cardamom powder

How To Make Tiranga Lassi
- Begin by stirring the curd first. Stir the cardamom powder and sugar into the curd.
- To get the saffron hue of the flag, mix curd with Kesar syrup. Next, individually combine the curd and Khus syrup to achieve the desired green colour.
- Because the curd has been covered by the white hue, pour the Khus lassi into a glass first, then the plain white lassi, and then the Kesar lassi towards the end to create the tricoloured form of this cool beverage.
- You can serve it cold and top with pistachios.
