- 250 Grams Dates
- 1 Tsp Dried Ginger (Powdered)
- 20 Grams Tamarind (Pulp Removed)
- ½ Tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 Tsp Salt

- Keep the dates soaked in water that covers all the dates. Keep it soaked for about 2-3 hours.
- Step 2
- Now, de-seed the dates and put them in a blender. Blend them until smooth. Keep adding water to get the right consistency.
- Step 3
- Add ginger powder, tamarind pulp, chilli powder and salt. Now, boil it.
- Step 4
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Step 5
- Your chutney is now ready to be served.
