While we all love munching delicious ladoos, we can’t forget the fact that ladoos can be unhealthy if you consume too many of them. They are prepared using sugar and you add on loads of calories. We have some healthy ladoo recipes that will you can binge on without any guilt:
Dry Fruit Ladoo
Dry fruits are super healthy for you. Dry fruits ladoo are easy to prepare and can be consumed everyday for they contain essential nutrients. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
¼ cup pistachios
¼ cup cashews
½ tsp cardamom powder
¼ cup almonds
3 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup seedless dates
How to prepare?
Blend all the dates in a blender and keep aside. Now finely chop all the dry fruits. Take a kadhai and add ghee. Now add in all the dry fruits raisins, cashews, pistachios and almonds. Roast them in ghee for some time and then mix in the pureed dates. Keep stirring. Sprinkle cardamom powder. Turn off the flame and let the mix cool. Start making ladoos and save in an airtight container.
Oats Ladoo
Oats are the new health food and how about adding them to your favourite ladoos? Learn this easy recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup cooking oats
½ cup jaggery
Ghee as needed
10 cashew nuts
20 raisins
5 almonds
Pinch of cardamom powder

How to prepare?
In a pan, dry roast oats and keep aside till it cools. Now powder these oats using a blender. Next, powder the jaggery and keep aside. Roast almonds and cashew nuts.
Dry roast cashew nuts and almonds separately. Chop finely. Now in a pan, add ghee, raisins, oats, and nuts. Let the mix cool and then start making balls.
Flax Seeds Ladoo
Flax seeds are another health food that is trending all over. Add them to your diet with these ladoos:
Ingredients:
½ cup flax seeds
½ cup wheat flour
2 cup desi ghee
750 gm jaggery
100 gm cashew
100 gm almonds
100 gm pistachios
1 tbsp raisins
100 gm gond
Cardamom powder
How to prepare?
Dry roast flax seeds and then grind them. Keep aside. Next, dry roast wheat flour in ghee and take out in a bowl. In a pan, break gond into pieces and add ghee to roast it well. Fry and keep in a plate. Later, grind it. Chop all the dry fruits. In a pan prepare jaggery syrup. Add ½ cup water and jaggery. Let it dissolve well and keep aside. Now in a bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour jaggery syrup. Sprinkle cardamom powder. Mix well and start preparing ladoos.
