Ingredients

  • coriander seeds powder
  • sugar
  • desiccated coconut
  • makhane or foxnuts
  • almonds
  • raisins
  • melon seeds
  • cardamom powder
  • ghee

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee.

  • Step 2 :

    Add coriander powder to the pan and roast for a few minutes. Keep cooking till you start getting the aroma.

  • Step 3 :

    Make sure you keep stirring the mix and don't let the coriander powder burn.

  • Step 4 :

    In another pan, toast dry nuts.

  • Step 5 :

    Take off flame and add all the other ingredients to it. Add nuts, coconut, sugar. Sprinkle cardamom powder.

  • Step 6 :

    Your panjiri is ready. You can garnish with some more dry fruits.
