If you like having a filling breakfast, try making these onion parathas at home. They turn out so crisp and tasty.
In a big bowl, add whole wheat flour, pinch of salt and some oil.
Keep adding water as required and knead a dough.
Cover and keep aside the dough for about 20-30 minutes.
In another bowl, add chopped onions and green chillies.
Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder over the onions and mix well.
Take a medium size ball from the dough and roll.
Add in onion mix in the center and fold from all the sides. Roll again and place on a hot tawa.
Cook on both sides till crisp and brown. Take off flame and top with butter. Serve hot.
