  • 1 cup pudina/mint leaves
  • ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • a pinch of fennel/saunf
  • a pinch of cumin powder
  • a pinch of black pepper powder
  • a pinch of chaat masala
  • a pinch of black salt

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Slice the lemons in two and squeeze the lemon juice into a blender jar.

  2. Step 2:

    Add ice cubes, sugar, water, and mint leaves to the blender.

  3. Step 3:

    Blend the mixture completely until you have a smooth texture.

  4. Step 4:

    Roast optional spices like fennel/saunf, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and black salt in a pan and add them to the blender jar.

    Run it once more and strain the refreshing drink.
