Debuting her baby bump, Kapoor simply captioned the post "MOTHER," while notably choosing to disable the comments section on the announcement. For the striking reveal, the actress channelled the sartorial elegance of Princess Diana, opting for a hot-pink pure wool suit defined by oversized padded shoulders and a softly curved shoulder line, an ensemble that closely mirrored several iconic looks previously worn by the late Princess.

She was last seen in the 2023 crime thriller Blind, directed by Shome Makhija. The film, a remake of the 2011 Korean movie, featured her as a blind police officer hunting a serial killer and also starred Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey.
