Ingredients

  • 150 gm boneless chicken breasts
  • 150 gm boneless chicken legs
  • 33 gms Thai chilli paste
  • 12.5 gms red chillies
  • 10 gms garlic
  • 4 gms coriander
  • 1.5 gms galangal
  • 0.8 gms kaffir lime leaves
  • 1.5 gms lemongrass
  • 8.3 gms thin soy sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the chicken by taking out the excess fat.
Step 2
First marinate by mixing all the ingredients together and make sure the entire chicken is covered well. Keep it aside for 40 to 45 minutes.
Step 3
Mean while make the honey chilli glaze.
Step 4
Take a pan, heat oil and saute garlic till light golden brown.
Step 5
Add the chilli pastes, honey, black pepper, and light soy sauce.
Step 6
Bring it to boil and reduce it by 10 percent.
Step 7
Grill the chicken from both side and apply the honey chilli glaze.
Step 8
Cook it till the chicken is done.
Step 9
Serve it with jasmine rice.
