Ayurvedic kadha is a drink composed of boiled spices and herbs that has several health benefits. It is a natural cure that can help you stay ahead of infections and maintain the health of your internal organs. Here are some easy kadha recipes that will help you to stay strong in winter:-
1. Ajwain Kali Mirch Kadha
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp black peppercorn
- 1 tbsp carom seeds
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
How To Make It:
1. Add two cups of water to a bowl and heat at a medium flame.
2. Add one tbsp of black peppercorns and carom seeds to it.
3. Turn off the gas when the water has been cut in half.
4. Add some honey as well as a few drops of lemon juice. This Kadha may be consumed twice daily.
2. Elaichi, Ajwain & Dalchini Kadha
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ajwain
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
How To Make It:
1. Take a bowl and add two cups of water to it, then add one tbsp of ajwain, one cardamom pod (black), and one bark of cinnamon to it. Give it five minutes to boil. and then serve.
2. If you want to sweeten it you can add a teaspoon of honey.
3. You could also include ginger in the kadha if you'd like.

3. Ginger, Cinnamon & Honey Kadha
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried ginger
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
How To Make It:
1. Take a bowl and add two cups of water.
2. Add cardamom, cinnamon, dried ginger, and black pepper to it. Boil the mixture in the pot.
3. If you want to add honey to the mix after filtering, you can add and drink.

4. Ginger, Tulsi & Haldi Kadha
Ingredients:-
- 4-5 tulsi leaves (or mint if you want)
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp haldi
How To Make It:
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and boil at a medium flame.
2. Mix everything well and serve hot.
