Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Maida
  • 3/4 cup Powered sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup tutti fruity
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Chop all your nuts - almonds, walnuts, raisins and keep aside.

  2. Step 2:

    In a bowl, add maida. Sieve baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.

  3. Step 3:

    Melt your butter and add it to the mix. Next add sugar and mix well.

  4. Step 4:

    Next add condensed milk and whisk the mix.

  5. Step 5:

    Now add all the chopped nuts and tutti fruity.

  6. Step 6:

    Preheat your oven at 180 degree C.

  7. Step 7:

    Take a baking pan and grease with butter. Pour the mix and bake your cake.

  8. Step 8:

    Keep for around 25 minutes. Do a toothpick test and see if the cake has baked properly.

  9. Step 9:

    Cut into slices and serve. You can store your cake in the refrigerator.
