  • 1 ¾ Cup Juice Pulp (Beets/Sweet Potato/Oranges)
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Gather fresh pulp from your juicer.
  • Pour it in a large bowl. Add vegetable oil, eggs and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add all the dry ingredients slowly. Mix well.
  • Pour the batter in a greased pan.
  • Bake it at 350F for about 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool down and serve.

  • 1 Cup Of Vegetable Juice Pulp
  • 1 Clove Of Garlic (Crushed)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Tsp Tapioca Flour
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric
  • Pinch Of Cumin Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sprinkle Of Cayenne Pepper
  • Fresh Or Dried Herbs
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients (except oil) into a bowl. Mix well.
  • Heat some oil in a stainless steel pan.
  • Make patties of the mixture using your hands and place them on the pan to cook.
  • Cook from both sides until slightly brown.
  • Fritters are now ready to be served with your choice of dip.

  • 2 Cups Of Juice Pulp
  • 10 Cups Water
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • Fresh Or Dried Herbs
  • 1 Tsp Oil

  • Heat some oil in a pot and add the pulp. Stir well.
  • Let it cook for 1-2 minutes and then, add water and herbs. Switch the flame to high until it boils.
  • Once it boils, turn the heat to medium.
  • Cover the pot and let it cook for about 2 hours.
  • Turn off the heat and strain the pulpy broth into another pot.
  • Now, you can enjoy the broth.
